Something about lemon

I like changing recipes.
I like thinking up different flavours to mix together.
I like adding lemon to savoury foods, it's brilliantly high in fibre, vitamin B6 (get that down for a vegetarian diet), calcium.. which is weird because it also contains vitamin C.. which cannot be digested with calcium... hmmm, potassium, some other stuff I had to read letter by letter, IRON AND MAGNESIUM! so its a win for chicks :D
I don't like souffle, but they still appear irresistible so I'ma try until I succeed and produce the most bouncy, light, airy lemon souffle ever.
Lemon is amazing on an omelette, an omelette with spinach, tomato, mushroom, alfalfa and avocado.
What a terrific meal, you get everything; protein, carbohydrates, iron, water, A,B,C,E,K vitamins, antioxidants, fibre, phosphorus, 'good fats', selenium- it lowers prostate cancer, and other minerals.
How cool is that?!
I like nutrition... maybe I can become an animal nutritionist... and instead of going against the meat industries and getting absolutely no where because the majority of society is ignorant, lazy or just don't give a shit about animals to make any change, I can become a person that finds the most sustainable, cruelty free, free range, nutritious, environmental ways to care for live stock!

Maybe, just maybe.
